Information on the 2020-2021 Religious Education Year
Formation in the faith for children
This year's Religious Education formation and sacrament preparation will soon be underway. We expect that all classes will be held in-classrooms on Wednesday afternoons or Sunday mornings.
A home-schooling option may also beavailable for parents who would like to lead their children through the faith formation with provided materials.

St. Luke Religious Education Mission Statement
It is our goal that the St. Luke Religious Education Program provides religious formation which is consistent with the teaching and traditions of our Catholic Faith. We provide the opportunities to experience the rich sacramental life of the Church that can nourish and sustain our faith. We actively involve parents in many aspects of religious formation of their children.

When they are ready, the 2021-2022 Registration Packets for the Religious Education Program will be available for downloading through the links below. Please note that there are two separate packets this year: one for families who are enrolling for the first time and the other for those returning from last year.
The forms are in Adobe Acrobat format. You can print the forms at home, fill them out by hand, and mail them or drop them off to us. Or you can save the form to your computer, fill out the forms using the Acrobat program or Acrobat Reader, and print them out or email them back to us. (NOTE: you must download the form to your computer first if you plan to type in the forms on your computer. By opening it in the Acrobat program, the fillable spaces will appear and you can save your copy with all your information.)

To visit the Religious Education Office, come to the gray double doors on Lake Street at the southeast corner of the school building and ring the doorbell.
If no one answers, you may drop off any religious education forms and fees at the Parish Office, 528 Lathrop Avenue (first building north of the church).
