Prime Timers is a program for all men and women in the parish over age 50. It is designed to meet the spiritual, social, and service needs of this age group. We offer a variety of programs focused on these needs.
Spiritually, we offer the Ministry of Praise to pray for the needs of the parish and individual members.
Socially, we have a Bridge Group that meets twice a month; and our monthly Amen Stitching Group is open to anyone interested in sewing, knitting, or any other kind of needlework. We also sponsor periodic outings to tour religious and cultural landmarks, have luncheons and dinners, and participate in the activities in the community.
Our service component includes tutoring at the Blessed Sacrament Learning Center, offering rides for important appointments, and providing friendly visits to homebound parishioners.
Activities are planned by a Steering Committee that is always open to new ideas.
Whether you are 50 or 90, still working or retired, TODAY is the Prime Time of your life. Come celebrate life with us!
